At Swastik Pooja (a brand of Neha Enterprise), we take great care in packaging and delivering our products. Since our items are handcrafted and meant for religious/spiritual use, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in cases where the product is damaged during delivery.


1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • To qualify for a return, customers must provide a clear opening/unboxing video of the package from the start (before opening the parcel) to prove the damage.
  • Without an unboxing video, return/refund requests will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are not damaged during delivery.
  • Items without proper unboxing video proof.
  • Products used, altered, or handled after delivery.
  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers (unless damaged in transit).

3. Return Process

  2. Share the unboxing video and clear photos showing the damage.
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

4. Refunds

  • After receiving and verifying the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If your product qualifies for a return, you may request a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
