At Swastik Pooja (a brand of Neha Enterprise), we take great care in packaging and delivering our products. Since our items are handcrafted and meant for religious/spiritual use, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in cases where the product is damaged during delivery.
1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- To qualify for a return, customers must provide a clear opening/unboxing video of the package from the start (before opening the parcel) to prove the damage.
- Without an unboxing video, return/refund requests will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are not damaged during delivery.
- Items without proper unboxing video proof.
- Products used, altered, or handled after delivery.
- Items purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers (unless damaged in transit).
3. Return Process

- Share the unboxing video and clear photos showing the damage.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
4. Refunds
- After receiving and verifying the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- If your product qualifies for a return, you may request a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
